GERMAN CHEESECAKE
CRUST
1. One stick of butter (or margarine)
2. One half cup of sugar
3. one egg
4. one cup of flour
5. one fourth tea spoon of baking powder
Mix all together and cover bottom of a spring form pan.
FILLING
1. Three packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2. One half liter of milk
3. 200 grams of sugar
4. One package of vanilla pudding
5. Three eggs
6. Shot of oil (lid full)
Separate the 3 egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites.
In mixer, start with the cream cheese. Slowly add some milk; mix until cream cheese is smooth. Add sugar, pudding and the three egg yolks. Then add the rest of the milk slowly.
Add shot of oil. Fold in egg whites.
Pour in spring form pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes; then turn down to 275 about 40 minutes or until golden brown. You may want to place spring form on cookie sheet with water on it to prevent cracking,
